Our volunteers are laying track on the line extension, so public rides are paused and we will not be opening in October. Our opening date is not set yet. Please look for an update here after the holidays.

Learn Our Story
Two Engines, One Railroad
The engine you see here is our Ben Hammer 4-4-0 "American", the locomotive on our shirts and our logo. It is patterned after an 1859 steam locomotive and is currently under restoration, and we are accepting donations for the repair of its boiler.
Pulling the public today is the "Hurlbut", a 1953 4-4-4 steam profile locomotive powered by a 12 hp Kohler gasoline engine.
